The Master of Science in Professional Leadership is an innovative program for professionals seeking an advanced degree. The program design provides core content which addresses those skills needed by any professional who aspires to a leadership role.

The program then focuses on profession-specific requirements in three content areas:

• Management for Nonprofit Organizations
• Training and Development
• Organizational Influence and Policy

The student plays an active role by selecting the appropriate area of concentration and by participating in practical applications, including work with cohort groups, an internship experience, and the design of a final project or thesis.
