Training & Development
Do you want to learn more about instructional design and delivery? About performance and knowledge management at the workplace? About e-training? You may already be the person who orients new employees or teaches others the new technology. You may not have the title of “trainer” but feel you are already performing in this area. If you want to claim these special skills then the Training and Development Concentration should be your major.
CAREER OPTIONS...
This concentration can prepare you to become a chief learning officer (CLO), a training manager, training consultant, instructional designer, classroom and 3-learning trainer, project planner, financial manager, and many other positions. It can also serve as preparation for certification exams.
